The house and the spare rooms are fully furnished. The furniture is stylish and almost brand-new which will captivate your mind at the first sight. The bedrooms are located upstairs and the kitchen, living area downstairs. The townhouse has visitor car parks on the complex and street parking is also available.

The apartment is clean and tidy with brand-new modern appliances such as air con in the living area, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, vacuum cleaner etc. The patio off from the living area is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the evening breeze. There is a vege garden where I grow vegetables, lemon tree, chive, tomato and shallot. There are still lots of space, so feel free to grow your herbs if you want to. 

The bedroom has a double bed, desk and chair. A built-in wardrobe is big enough to put your all your clothes and suitcase. 

There are two bus stops nearby, which are located around 10 mins walk from the house. You can take Express Bus P141, 138 and 140 to the Brisbane CBD, Griffith University, QUT, Sunnybank Market Square, Garden City Shopping Centre etc.  

I am an early 30s female who work full time in city. I like to go to market. on a Saturday morning. The biggest Rocklea market is only 15 mins drive from the house. I enjoy dining out with friends on weekends. I like to cook and share food.  In summer, I love to go to the beach. I like going out occasionally to see live music and enjoy hiking. I think I am pretty laid back and an easy person to get along with. :) I am looking for someone around the same age who likes to socialise but is also respectful of each other's space.

There are four shopping centres around and you could find everything you need.  The biggest among all has Aldi, K Mart, Coles Woolys, Daiso and the reject shop which is just 3 mins away by driving.  There is another shopping centre just across the road where there are a few nice cafes and Woolworths , a fruit shop and butchers.  The third one has an Asian grocery shop and KFC, McDonald's.
