Front Desk Receptionist position available
We are currently looking for someone dedicated and committed to work in our serviced apartment front desk/reception in inner Brisbane for 2-3 days per week including weekends.
In order to succeed at this you will need to have:
· IELTS overall 7.5 higher in speaking.
· Fluency in speaking, confidence and always happy to help with a warm smile.
· Ability to work unsupervised.
· Time management and organisational skills.
· Attention to detail and work under pressure.
· Take initiative and be motivated to deliver a great customer service experience.
Experience and qualifications in Hotel Management, Business Management, Advertising preferred but not essential.
Candidates with similar experience or understanding of Hotel operations/software/online booking agency knowledge will take priority.
Key responsibilities:
· Performing all duties associated with day to day operations of front desk, invoicing, suppliers, social media, adhering to our policies and procedures and performing everything in a helpful, friendly and professional demeanour.
Housekeeping Role: We are looking for housekeeping staff to work at our Serviced Apartment hotel. 2-3 days per week, starting from 8:30am – 1 or 2pm. Previousexperience is preferred but not mandatory. Ideal candidate should have a good attitude, hard-working and attention to detail. Priority given to those with prior experience in similar role. Preferably located close to Toowong 4066.
