I'm a young professional working in consulting in the CBD. I originally came from Korea over 10 years ago and have lived since then in Brisbane.

I enjoy chatting but am not a loud person and am respectful of your space. Further, I can make great coffee as I worked as a barista before my corporate career. Besides my work, I regularly play soccer and tennis over the weekend.

I've been living this flat for over two years, which is closer to all amenities, including Woolworths (5 mins), shops/restaurants (5 mins), McDonald's (5 mins), train station and bus station (3-4 mins), Garden City (10 mins) and Griffith University Nathan campus (13 mins) by car. Train and bus (157, 150 and 156) will take you to the city in around 35 mins.

I'm currently looking for a flatmate to share this great townhouse unit, who is approachable, tidy (doesn't need to be a clean freak) and respectful. It's a fully furnished room with a built-in wardrobe and a single bed. I will prepare a desk and chair before you moving into the unit.
