We have a fully furnished bedroom available soon for a friendly and reliable student/worker to share house with two Chinese females, a postgraduate student and a worker, as well as a male English tutor. You must be community minded, willing to share housework, quiet, non-smoker.

You would have your own toilet, wash basin and small fridge, but would share the main bathroom with the two ladies. The man has his own bathroom.

The rent is $125 per week with a bond of only $300. Your rent includes all the utilities (electricity, gas, water, landline phone rental), and unlimited NBN internet access.

Our home is in Annerley about 5 minutes walk to Fairfield train station or Ipswich Rd buses (stop 22-3). It is quiet and good for study with 2 small parks close-by. Our home is about 15 minutes by train, or 20-30 mins by bus, to the City/QUT/UQ. It is 5 mins to the train station and Bus #100,116, 117, 121, 124,125, 196 and 197.

Shops and supermarkets such as Coles and Woolworths, and 2 public libraries with free internet access are only 5 mins away too.
