I can show you my whole receipt about last 3 months for rent fees. I never have the experiences to pay rent fees in my whole life! 

I swear there was no problem and i got full refund of bond anyway.

I just want to rent the house for the first time, so sorry to real estate agencys! coz you are a little picky to select the future tenants but i am still foreigner here at this moment. 

Minimum stay will be more than  6 months.
