Hello, I'm Sharon and looking for a female share mate at Springwood House. (three rooms and two bathrooms house)

It would be nice if you were a student or someone working during the day. There is a swimming pool. No carpet in this house.

There are CCTV around the house, in garage and at the enterance of the main door for secure.

I live with my a 3-year-old girl. You will share the bathroom and toilet with my kid.

I'd like someone who's neat and tidy. I hope you can clean up after using bathroom and the kitchen after cooking.

In the morning, we wake up at 6 o'clock and after 7 o'clock, the baby goes to kindergarten. (Monday-Friday)

When the baby goes to sleep (7-7;30pm), it's very quiet from then on. I think it would be good to study.



There is a single bed and a desk in the share room.

The share room is reasonable price, $100 a week, but instead, I am looking for someone can stay at home after 7 p.m. once a week. (Meet each other in advance according to schedule)

Sometimes when I go out for dinner, I need someone at home. You don't have to take care of the baby. My child sleeps at 7-7:30 pm, and once she sleeps, he sleeps until the morning, so you can just spend your personal time at home. There's a Springwood shopping center less than 5 minutes away by car

It takes about seven minutes to get to the Underwood shopping center.
