We have a room for rent, available from on the 30/03/2020
The apartment is very clean and is fully furnished,
it is a very nice building with a pool, sauna and gym.
It is close to everything in the City. It has a double bed and a desk in the room. The bathroom is shared.
There are lots of restaurants and other shops close by.
Queen Street mall is 5 minutes away and lots of bus stops close by.
Rent is $150/wk each, this includes all bills (Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet)
Bond is $300 each.
