We are are only looking for a female occupant and the room is available from the 30th of January. Rent is $175 per week and this will include all bills as such as water, electricity and internet. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and currently has 4 occupants. There is no one living in the living room and is therefore open as a community space. Bathroom will be shared amongst 2 people and there will also be a fridge inside the room (shared amongst 2 people).
