Hello, we are looking for someone to stay short term for about 3 weeks around 25 December to 18 January in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Fortitude Valley. 

It is a spacious, modern apartment shared by 3 females in total, including 2 females in the master room. The available room is a private room with a queen bed and a large window with a great view. It has a sliding wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side tables, lamps and plenty of space with all essential furniture provided. The room has no air conditioning but has a ceiling fan. You will have sole use of the main bathroom.

It is a great location, 6 minutes on foot to Fortitude Valley train station, 5 minutes to James Street and about 20 minutes’ walk to Central Station. There are many restaurants and convenient facilities nearby.

It is also nice for running or walking towards the Story Bridge or Howard Smith Wharves. The building has a rooftop barbecue area right next door, which is great for inviting friends.

The apartment is fully equipped with a coffee machine, rice cooker, sandwich maker and robot vacuum cleaner. Laundry detergent and rice are also provided.

This is a very clean home in excellent condition. We hope to find someone who will stay comfortably and happily.

The rent is $350 per week. For those who can move in on 25 December and move out on 18 January, the rent will be $320 per week. The bond is $350.
