The exterior seems old but the interior has been renovated and is very clean.

It has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms and we are looking for female couple.

The city myer centre is 7.2kms from the house, and Westfield Garden city is 7.3kms from the house.

There is a bus stop for cbd (inbound) 1 minute walk away and towards garden city (outbound) across the road.

Single room is occupied by a Korean female and we have two couple rooms left.

The prices are as of below:
- $380/week for a larger room
- $340/week for a smaller room

Conditions are as of below:
- 2 weeks bond
- 2 weeks notice
- 3 months minimum
- includes all bills
