Graphic Designer/Customer Service

Save On IT is a leader in online retail for technology products. We are looking for an individual with passion for technology to join our dynamic team in marketing/Customer Service. To become a team member, you need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task as required. As a graphics designer, you will need to be skilled in design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator and have a good working knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. 

You will be required to design & update graphics for our Website/Newsletter and for our social media platform. You should know how to engage an audience by creating creative content that is relevant & current to the latest technology trend. 

As an assistant in customer service, you will be required to help with incoming calls, Emails, sales orders, and answer sales inquiries as required. You need to have a customer first attitude that is always pleasant & polite.  You need to have good English communication skills both speaking & writing.  Any experience or knowledge in computer hardware is considered an advantage for this role but not necessary. We are located at Brisbane south side with staff parking available onsite. Bus/train station are also close by.
