We are seeking an Administrations Assistant in Salisbury.
Central Pacific Trading is a Japanese food manufacturing company that has been in operation for over 30 years.
【Requirements】
· Part Time / 30 hours per week (*Possible to convert to full-time depending on the performance and attitude)
· Monday to Friday work in the office
· Great verbal and written communication skills in English and fluency in Japanese.
· Strong attention to detail and organisation skill
【Main responsibilities】
· Provide general administrative support, including managing Emails and phone call
· Managing the shipping documentation and scheduling coordination
· Document preparation for HACCP audit
· Data entry and Invoice processing in account software
· Processing purchase orders and managing inventory records
· Scheduling for maintenance and service
【Preferred Qualifications】
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
· Experience in administration role or similar role
· Experience with account software MYOB or Xero will be an advantage
· Temporary graduate visas (or at least 1.5-year visa holders) or permanent visa holders are welcome to apply!

【Salary rate】
· The starting pay rate is $24.87 per hour (Award wages) + Superannuation
*Pay rise after 3 months
