Job Opportunity: Migration and Recruitment Administrator

Location: Eight Mile Plains, Queensland
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking a Migration and Recruitment Administrator to join our team. This role is focused on providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our migration and recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Assist in preparing and organizing documents for visa applications.
    • Ensure all client records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
    • Track application progress and provide updates to relevant parties.
  • Recruitment Assistance:

    • Coordinate candidate interviews and client meetings.
    • Support the recruitment team with job postings and applicant tracking.
    • Manage candidate and client correspondence.
  • Client Coordination:

    • Respond to general client inquiries (non-legal) and provide guidance on processes.
    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the team.
  • Compliance and Record-Keeping:

    • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in administration, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of migration processes (desirable but not essential).
