About the business and the role
· OZK Cleaning Service is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Administrator
· Initially a part time temp role with possibility of permanent &/or full time in future
· Immediate Start
Job tasks and responsibilities:
The core Duties of the role are to:
· All-round bookkeeping duties
· General office and Administration duties
· Preparing quotations & other document
· Assisting the Director with office duties
Skills and experience
The suitable candidate shall demonstrate the following skills and experience:
· Full bookkeeping knowledge and relevant qualifications
· Accounts Payable and Receivable experience
· Strong knowledge of Excel, Word & Adobe
· Excellent communication skills
· High level of integrity and professionalism
· Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
· Must have the right to work in Australia
