The Role

We are searching for Waitstaff at varying levels of experience to join our exciting and growing team at Maru Korean Restaurant (CBD). As a Waiter you will deliver an exceptional guest experience, by guiding them through our authentic Korean menu and Korean Drinks list. You will need proven passion and experience in restaurants, with Korean food knowledge being desirable. Most of all we are looking for someone who’s passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences.

The Responsibility

• Welcoming and seating guests

• Taking food and beverage orders and delivering these orders to guests

• Maintain a general understanding of the food and beverage list.

• Following all procedures, systems and checklists outlined in our staff manual.

• Passionate about delivering a high standard of service to different types of customers. 

• Attend to all guest needs in a polite and cheerful manner.

• Ensure good standard of cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant.
