We are looking for ONE tidy & easy-going female flatmate. 

This room (2 people share room) includes 2 single beds, built-in wardrobe(mirror), desk & chair, extra table and a fan. 

The entire flat will be shared by 3 females (including you). We are from South Korea and Nepal. We respect people with different cultures and have friendly and warm personalities. This flat suits for a full-time student or worker who is clean, responsible and respectful.

We have unlimited internet and you'll be given your own keys!

Bed linens, washing liquid are provided.

This apartment is in the proximity to everything you'll need! for example; Botanic gardens, QUT, Woolworths, Coles, City Council Library, convenience stores, many coffee shops & restaurants and only 3minutes to Queens st. mall!

The apartment amenities include Gym, swimming pool, spa, sauna and barbecue area and all are available for you to use!

$135 per week (All bills are included)

3 months minimum stay/2 weeks bond and notice are required!
