• The current home is on a periodic lease, which automatically renews. This will be the first time the property is shared, as the family previously registered as Occupants is returning to their home country. A new occupant will be added to the lease agreement as a replacement (this is not a sublet; permission has been obtained from the landlord and property management).
• Therefore, the new occupant must submit an application form along with supporting documents to the property management. Please submit these documents to the property management after moving arrangements have been confirmed.
