I’m looking for a female flatmate to share a unit just across the road from Garden City.
Address: 44 Kelburn St, Upper Mount Gravatt
It’s a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. I’m currently using the Ensuite room, and the second room is available for one female flatmate. There will only be two people living in the unit.
Rent: $300 per week
- All bills included (including detergent for washing dishes/laundry provided)
