1. Commercial Venue Carpenter (Under 45)
Work Location: Perth
Working Hours: 5-6 days per week; overtime may be arranged on weekends as needed (overtime pay is provided according to local legal standards).

Job Responsibilities:

• Construct and install various wooden structures in commercial venues (such as shops, cafés, offices, etc.).

• Cut, shape, and size wood materials according to construction blueprints to ensure precise dimensions.

• Proficiently use tools like circular saws and nail guns to efficiently complete carpentry tasks, ensuring construction quality meets Australian standards.

• Collaborate closely with other trades to ensure overall project progress.

Job Requirements:

• Under 45 years old, in good health, and able to adapt to working overseas;

• At least 5-8 years of carpentry experience (meeting the one-year requirement for application materials);

• Professional Skills: Ability to independently install commercial display racks, fitting rooms, lighting support structures; produce café specialty bars, wooden booths, and art decorations; assemble office partitions, filing cabinet systems, and custom meeting room furniture;

• Language Requirements: IELTS (individual band and overall score not lower than 5, or PTE with individual band and overall score not lower than 36), demonstrating basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (IELTS 6 qualifies for nomination under subclass 186).

Salary and Benefits:

• Annual salary starting from AUD 75,000; initial visa duration of 4 years; spouse (with open work visa) and school-age children can accompany (free schooling provided).

2. Interior Decoration Carpenter (Under 45)

• Proficiently use tools such as circular saws and nail guns to efficiently complete carpentry tasks, ensuring construction quality meets Australian standards;

• Work closely with other trades to ensure the overall progress of projects.
