I am looking for flatmates to share a master bedroom (2 people) on the first floor. Move-in is available from December 17th.

The address is located on McGregor Mains Road. There is a bus stop in front of the house called Nissan Arena, Park and Ride, making it convenient to travel to the city and Sunnybank Plaza by public transportation. If you are a student, Griffith University is nearby, making it a good place to commute.

If you have a car, you can park on the street in front of the house. The street is a side road branching off from the main road, so it is safe.

The house is a two-story house. The first floor is tiled, making it cool in the summer and easy to clean. Each room has a shower and toilet, so you can share the kitchen with other roommates.

We provide basic items such as laundry detergent and toilet paper.

We prefer someone who can stay for at least 3 months. However, if the situation does not permit, it is okay to stay for a shorter period. If you plan to stay for less than a month, please let us know separately.
