We have two rooms. (available from 20th Febrary or before then... can be changable)
I'm a USC students, studying Nursing and my partner is a full time worker.
 

We are not party animals. We respect each other’s privacy and personal space.
We always keep the house clean and keep noise to a minimum.
This house is perfect for students!  

There are two single rooms and master room in this house.
Each room has a ceiling fan, double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe.
You will be sharing the bathroom and shower with one person.       

The house is very close to USC. You can walk within 10 mins to the school.
Gym, pizza and café are within 3 mins walking distance.
Coles is within 10 mins walking distance.
KFC, Subway, 24 hours Macdonald and petrol station are within 3 mins driving.
Woolworth is also within 7 mins driving. 

On street parking is available (always available parking spots!).
If you don’t have a car, the bus stop is located within 3 mins walking distance. 

**** 170/week. (INCLUDES electricity, WIF and water ) 

**** 180/week (INCLUDES electricity, WIF and water + garage parking ) 

**** 2 weeks bond.
