We are looking for a person or two who will move in after December 10th. Our couple got a full rental and spent two months well together. We are going to Korea in a hurry due to an unexpected situation, so we are looking for someone to stay instead of us! We will give you a rice cooker, bowls, condiments, cooking utensils, and a little bit of the daily necessities that we bought.

There is a big bedroom (it has windows, a bed, a closet) and a small room (it has a bed, a sliding door, and a small drawer)

You can share it like a room rental, or a couple or one person can stay as a whole rental! 

The bathroom and kitchen lights were dark, but I told the landlord and fixed them all!

There is a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and barbecue area in the building.

Wi-Fi is also available in the building itself.

I used the Realestate app to directly sign a contract, so you'll never get scammed

You can talk to the landlord and extend it after the contract ends on April 21st.

The real estate agent is also very friendly, so if you contact me with any problems or questions, they will solve it right away.
