We just moved in, so everything in my apartment is new. 

You can access to BBQ facility on the top floor. 

In the room,

there are a queen bed, bedside tablet, desk, chair, air conditioner, wardrobe.

Of course, you will use your own bathroom in the room. 

You can park on the street

Only looking for CLEAN AND TIDY person/people

2 weeks bond, 2 weeks notice, 2 weeks upfront pay
