2. Price : $130 per a week

3. Providing NBN, toilet papers, rice

4. 4 rooms and 3 people staying now. You would share a toilet with 1 person.

5. I will clean 1'st floor in every weekend. Please clean kitchen and toilet by yourself after using it.
