Handling queries via phone, email, and general correspondence
Greeting all visitors and investors
Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment, plants, and furniture
Assisting legal and accounting teams with general tasks
Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance)Receiving and dispatching mailing deliveries
Taking messages and passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
Assisting the HR team with on-boarding and termination processes
Assisting Development Manager with property searches
Expense’s record-keeping
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Recording transactions such as income and outgoings and posting them to various accounts
Checking on invoices and submitting to the Accounts team for payments
Conducting daily finance activities
Excellent customers skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or office administrator
