We are international students looking for sharemates to stay with us. 
We are from asian countries and would prefer someone from Japan, Korea, Thailand, Taiwan. 
Overseas visitor with working holiday visa are also welcome.
The house is situated in Annerley (Zone 2).
House is clean, comfortable and located in a quiet suburb.
It is fully furnished and equipped with lounge, Tv, microwave, rice cooker, washing machine, frig/freezer, cooking equipments, etc.
You have your own room with key lock access for security and includes bed, study desk, chair, lamp, wardrobe and electric fan.
There are 2 toilets and 2 showers, upstairs and downstairs.
The house is very close to bus, shops, gym, library and train.
The nearest train station is Dutton Park.
Distant to bus stop is a 2 minute easy walk and only take 7 minutes travelling time to Brisbane city.
Buses to catch are 117, 124 or 125 and the nearest bus stop is number 15.
Shopping centre is also a 2 minute walk.
Rent cost is $120 per week including free electricity, gas and water.
