I'm renting a room in this cozy house right across garden city (shopping mall)! Very close to all the buses (1 stop away from Griffith), about 15/20mins to the city so it's easy to get around. You will be sharing the house with 1 man and 1 lady.
The room is a single room for $130/week including bills!! All furnished , parking at the back if you have a car. Unlimited internet.

Bond is $300, minimum stay 3 months. No couples.
