Hello, we are looking for a couple or two people to stay in a shared room!

(Currently, a Korean woman and I are living here. Both of us are polite, clean, and friendly. I usually spend a lot of time in the city, so I won't be home often!)

We have newly moved in, and all the bed frames and mattresses are brand new and very nice ㅎㅎ

The room has a dressing room and a balcony attached! 

We also welcome people with pets (I am planning to adopt a cat later. Apologies to those who are allergic to cats!)

The rent is $250 per week.

There are bus stops for the 300 and 60 lines within a 3-minute walk.

There are good gyms, climbing gyms, cafes, modern bars, and nice restaurants around the house.

There is a spacious terrace in the living room that you can use freely.

The minimum stay is 1 month.

It's a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a total of 4 people living in it. It's a very nice house.
