I am a man, non smoker and non alcoholic.

I hope under 250$ per week all bills included.(Electricity, gas, and internet) + single room.

I prefer 5 min walks to bus stop, woolworth or coles, or Korean market. 10 min walks to restaurants.

bedrooms are fully furnished. 

I just need can sleep and check my laggage so never messed up rooms. I promise.
