I'm looking for 1 asian female share mate!!(we are all korea.)

it's second room for 2 people.

only 4 people live here. (2 second rooms, 1 master room)

-5 minutes walk to Coles

-8-10minutes walk to Roma street station

-15-20 minutes walk to middle of city

The apartment has outdoor heated swimming pool, sauna, BBQ area, SPA and gym.

No living-room share mate. You will be given your own key and access card.

Fully furnish in the apartment.

In the room has:

-Large mirror wardrobe

-2 single size bed

-New Desk and chair

-New matress!!

$125 per person per week (Including eletricity, gas, water expenses and internet)

Honestly, it's not middle of city. that's why it's cheaper than others.

people pay more than $150 with living room share mate. also ditry.

i am very tidy person so i clean up very offen.
