The area is close to Aspley, Carseldine and Chermside; 10 mins away by car to the Westfield mall, Chermside.

It is a townhouse complex and there's a bus stop at the entrance of the complex.

Aldi and Hungry Jacks just across the street from the complex, Coles and GP clinics is 5 mins away by car, 15 mins away by walk.

Aspley shopping mall is 10 mins away by car.

You are going to have your own room and bathroom. Sharing only the kitchen and the fridge.

Plenty of visitor park in the complex.

Demographics in the complex are mostly the retired, hence very quiet and clean environment.

I have a small dog, which shed almost no fur. She is very quiet (rarely barks) and loves people.

I maintain a house very clean and tidy all the time with regular cleaning.

The rate is $230 per week (Bills and the internet included)

Deposit : For 2 weeks of worth in advance
