I'm looking for a room to stay while studying in Brisbane.

I'll arrive in Brisbane on 4th July, so I can do inspection from 5th July.

I'm a tidy person and can use a room neatly. 

I'm a student, so I'm gonna stay at least 4 months. 

If the room suits me, I want to stay more.

It would be great if I use a room alone, but it's also okay if the room is shared by another person.

My maximum budget is $300. 

I want a room located in Toowong, Indooroopilly, Woolloongabba, West End, South Bank, Milton, Taringa and city.

I hope I can get a room in Toowong, Indooroopilly, or West End.
