Hello!

One room is being rented out in a 3 bedroom apartment in Oaks Charlotte Tower. The rent is $250 per week including bills (water, electricity, internet). Rent is paid every 2 weeks and 2 weeks notice should be given prior to moving out. International students are welcome! 2 other tenants in the house. Move in date around August 12.
