We have a fully furnished bedroom available now for a friendly and reliable student/worker to share house with great people. You must be community minded, willing to share housework and be a quiet, non-smoker.

We have two bathrooms and three toilets so you would share the main bathroom with two other ladies.

One lady is a Chinese postgrad student, the other is a Vietnamese nursing student and the males is an Australian private English tutor.

The rent is $150 per week with a bond of only $300. Your rent includes all the utilities (electricity, gas, water, landline phone rental), and NBN internet access.

Our home is in Annerley about 5 minutes walk to Fairfield train station or Ipswich Rd buses (stop 22-3). It is quiet and good for study with 2 small parks very close-by. We are about 15 minutes by train, or 20-30 minutes by bus, to the City/QUT/UQ. It is 5 minutes to the train station and Bus #100,116, 117, 121, 124,125, 196 and 197.

Shops and supermarkets such as Coles and Woolworths, and 2 public libraries with free internet access are only 5 minutes away too.
