Presently, we have two internationals, a female PhD. I. T. worker, a female Masters student, and a male Australian private English tutor resident. We are a trustworthy group looking for someone is the also considerate of others. You must be a non-smoker who is not noisy and does their fair share of the housework.

Your rent includes all the utilities - electricity, gas, water, landline phone rental, and unlimited NBN internet access.  You would share the main bathroom with the two other ladies but have your toilet, washbasin, small fridge and microwave.

Our home is in Annerley about 5 minutes walk to Fairfield train station on the Beenleigh (red) line, or Ipswich Rd buses (stop 22/3). It is quiet and good for study with 2 small parks very close-by. It takes about 15 minutes by train, or 20-30 minutes by bus, to the City/QUT/UQ. It is 5 minutes walk to the train station and Bus #100,116, 117, 121, 124,125, 196 and 197.

Shops and supermarkets such as Coles and Woolworths, and 2 public libraries with free internet access are only 5 minutes away too.
