CONDITIONS: 3 months minimum stay.

Must be a student, preferable male. Not suitable for children or pets.

LOCATION: not far from Garden city and at walking distance from the nearest shopping centre, Mount Gravatt plaza.

TRANSPORT: Bus stop in front of the house (city express)

PARKING: off-street parking available.

FURNITURE: comfortable queen size bed, wardrobe and a small table. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities are shared with other housemates.
