2 rooms are available from 4th July.

1. Master room : Own bathroom, Double sized bed, desk, shelves : For single $260 per week, For couple $300 per week.

2. Study room : Single bed, desk, clothes hanger, wardrobe : For single only $150 per week

All bills are included. 2 weeks notice to leave and 2 weeks bond fees required.

Rooms are available from 4th of July.

You will be living with 2 Korean girls, a full time student and a worker.

We don't party, and it is clean and quite place.
