Own desk, Own key, plenty of wardrobe space provided with a small balcony in the room  

We live 5 people as a maximum number and don't have a minimum stay rule. 

Whenever you want or if you don’t want to stay by any conflicts of problems, all you have to do is just to give me 2 weeks’ notice before you leave.
