We are looking for a female flatmate at Runcorn Townhouse (available for move-in after May 28th).

There is a bus stop, Nursery Ave at Runcorn, within a 5-minute walk. The 150 bus, which runs frequently, has short intervals.

The house is on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. 

My partner and I stay in the master bedroom, and the other 2 rooms are used as individual bedrooms.

Currently, another female flatmate is using one of the rooms.

You are welcome to use kitchen detergent, cleaning cloths, tableware, garbage bags, and various cleaning supplies. There is a water purifier in the kitchen, so you don't need to buy water separately.

The refrigerator can be used by only two flatmates in the kitchen and it's big enough. The bathroom and toilet will also be shared with the other flatmate staying next to your room.

We prefer someone who is familiar with basic rules of a shared house and can live quietly and cleanly.

The rent is $200 per week with a 2-week notice period.
