Room Available: Master Bedroom for Couples (Female/Female and Couples)

Private room available from 15 July 2025 onward. Minimum 3-6 months stay.

Location: 26 Felix Street, CBD with Story Bridge view. Close to Woolworths, Central Station, and Bus Station.

Room Details: Master bedroom with a Queen size bed and built-in wardrobe.

Rent: $260 per person per week, all bills included. Rent is $460/week for one person
Bond: 2 weeks + 2 weeks rent in advance. At least one month’s notice required before moving out.
