Rent: $260 per person per week, all bills included.
Bond: 2 weeks + 2 weeks rent in advance. One month’s notice required before moving out.

Facilities: Swimming pool, gym, sauna, kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, spacious living area, clothes rack, dining table. Friends are welcome to visit!
