You’ll share a bathroom with a clean female housemate. You’ll have 4 housemates who are from Japan, India and the Philippines.

No pets or party please.

Also, we are a little tight with car park now, so someone without a car is preferred.

The house is behind the Pinelands Shopping Centre with Coles, restaurants, and a Hanaro Mart.

Before moving in, please pay 2 weeks rent ($400) + Bond $400.
Bond will be returned when you move out without any issue/damage to the house.

Female is preferred, but clean and responsible male are also welcome. We’re looking for someone in their mid 20s – 30s.

The current tenant of the room lived in the room for years and is moving back home to his country. So the room is currently undergoing a big cleaning. So, when you inspect the room, the room may not be as clean yet.
