The house is furnished, only 2  to 5 mins walk to different bus stops, 8 mins walk to Woolworth/Coles supermarket and restaurants/shops, only  20 mins to the City/QUT/UQ/Southbank.

Bedroom furnished with bed, study desk/chair, small portable fan , wardrobe. The unit is sharing with couple .

Rent includes: Electricity, gas, water, internet and common items (toilet paper, kitchen detergent, cleaning goods ,utensils and appliances )

Conditions for Tenancy
- 1 week’s rent + 2 weeks’ bond upon move-in
- Provide 2 weeks’ notice before moving out
- Bond will be fully refunded after move-out inspection with no issues  :)
