We are Korean & Italian couple and  looking for tidy, no smoking 2 or 3 female share mates in Toowoomba -

We are not party people so if you prefer staying clam with privacy respected this is your place.

You will be sharing a toilet and a bathroom with other female share mates (maximum 3 including you).

You can park your car at the visitor carpark in the unit if you have a car.

The house is in Newtown. It takes about 7m by car or 40m by walk to the city and 40m by car to Gatton. (I used to go to work in Gatton a while ago )

There is a bus station in front of the house (literally 30seconds away) going to the city or other places in Toowoomba.

There is a Wyalla shopping plaza 3m away by walk. (Dominos, fruit shop, bakery, pharmacy, medical centre, laundry, butcher etc)

 I have 2 rooms available at the moment.

One has a double bed, desk n chair, a bedside table for $180.

The other one has a single bed, a bedside table and a desk& chair for $170.

I might be able to turn one of the rooms into a shared room with 2 single beds if you wanna share a room with your friend and that will be $260.

Kitchen utensils are all provided. Nbn wifi, other utilities are all included in the bill.

We are after share mates that are really clean, responsible and non smoker also can look after the house like it is yours.

Inspections are welcome anytime after 5:30pm weekdays. 

There is a 2 weeks bond requirement with 2 weeks notice when leaving.
