Seeking 2 Furnished Rooms with Secure Parking – Sunnybank Area
Hi everyone! My friend and I are looking for two furnished rooms in the same property within Sunnybank or the surrounding suburbs (Eight Mile Plains, Macgregor, Robertson, etc.)
About Us:
We are two 34-year-old professionals working full-time as builders. We are originally from New Zealand (Korean descent) and are fully fluent in English. We are very tidy, respectful, and lead a quiet lifestyle. Since our families are back in NZ, we spend our evenings relaxing and catching up with them after work.
• Work Schedule: We are out early in the morning and back around 5:00 PM.
• Lifestyle: Clean, and reliable with rent.
What We Are Looking For:
• Rooms: 2 separate, fully furnished bedrooms.
• Parking: Must have secure car parking (garage or secure off-street) for our vehicles and tools.
• Budget: Approximately $300 per week each ($600 total for both rooms).
• Inclusions: Looking for a "bills included" arrangement (Electricity, Water, and Wi-Fi).
• Location: Sunnybank, Sunnybank Hills, Macgregor, or nearby areas.
