A Japanese Bar and Restaurant at Brisbane CBD will be open mid-June so we're hiring people now! All the jobs are available full-time, part-time and casual. Payments vary to different positions but all of them are legal paid. Exceptional communication skills are required. Japanese language skill is preferred but not necessary.

Job positions and requirements are listed below:

1. Chef / cook

-at least 2 years cooking experience in Japanese restaurants

-well known Australian food safety regulations and laws

-basic English to communicate is required

-be a team player

-able to work under pressure

2. Waiters / waitresses

-speak fluent English

-able to deliver exceptional customer service

-encouraging and maintaining a positive working relationship with all team members

-knowledge about Japanese traditional foods is preferred but not necessary

-have Queensland RSA

3.Bartender

-at least 2 years bar experience

-excellent mixology skills

-have acute eyes for the alcohol market

-knowledge about sake is preferred but not required
