THE ROLE & WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
As a Full-Time Sous Chef at Nodo Camp Hill, you will:
• Assist the Head Chef in leading and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes.
• Contribute to menu development, ensuring every dish aligns with Nodo’s quality and creativity.
• Support day-to-day kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and maintaining cost control.
• Ensure the kitchen meets food safety and hygiene standards.
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and energetic environment.
• Work closely with café staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Be available to work Tuesday through Saturday, from 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM.
• Bring leadership qualities to mentor and grow the team around you.
• Share a genuine passion for hospitality and culinary innovation.
