We are a mobile phone store located in Forest Lake Shopping Centre (South-West area)
and we are currently looking for one Sales staff or one experienced Technician to join our team.
Sales Position
No prior experience required
Most customers are local, so good English communication skills are essential
Hourly pay starts from $31/hour
Superannuation provided + weekend penalty rates
(We sincerely apologise, but applicants without sufficient English skills will not be considered)
Technician Position
English level is not important
Must have previous experience repairing iPhones, iPads, and Samsung phones
Hourly pay starts from $31/hour, with increases possible depending on experience and skill level
Working Hours
Weekdays: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekends: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Work days and hours are flexible and negotiable
Looking for someone available 4–5 days per week, including weekends
Applicants must be able to commit for at least 1 year
Work Environment
This is not a small kiosk, but a large indoor shop
The store is not overly busy, with a relaxed working atmosphere
Enjoy working in air-conditioned comfort, with plenty of downtime once tasks are completed
We do not micromanage or create unnecessary stress – as long as your work is done properly, you’ll be left to work comfortably
Usually 2–3 staff working together, and everyone is friendly and easygoing
