Position: Barista

Experience:

1. Previous barista experience is essential.

2. Strong coffee-making skills and attention to detail in preparing high-quality drinks.

3. Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Hours: Full-time or Part-time, 30+ hours per week with the potential for increased hours based on suitability and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and drinks to a high standard.

• Ensure the coffee bar and equipment are clean and well-maintained.

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.

• Assist in other areas of the café (e.g., kitchen or front-of-house) when not busy.

• Follow hygiene and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Support the team by helping with stocktaking, cleaning, and other tasks as needed.

Position: Kitchen Team Member

Experience:

1. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

2. Coffee-making skills are preferred, but not essential. While your main position will be in the kitchen, you should be able to assist FOH with POS and general duties.

3. Strong communication skills.

Hours: Full-time or Part-time, 30+ hours per week with the potential for increased hours based on suitability and performance

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of the kitchen, including making products, stocktaking, cleaning/washing dishes, prepping, and baking.

• Work collaboratively in a team environment and follow strict guidelines and directions.

• Maintain punctuality and demonstrate a willingness to learn and improve skills.

• Assist other departments (e.g., front-of-house) when not busy.

• Occasionally assist with front-of-house duties as needed.
