Café 63 is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen manager. Café 63 one of the fast growing business in QLD, you will be able to develop skills relating to hospitality. If you are considering to develop leadership, kitchen management skill this position will be for you.

**Important**

We are planning to open store in April. If you live Townsville, you need to be able to stay in Brisbane 2-4 weeks in advance store open date. We will assist for your rent bill. 

If you are in Brisbane, you will have training term (2-4weeks) and will need to move Townsville when store open.

Location : Townsville

Wage : $66,000 - 70,700 + Super

The position required

• 1 year experience as chef or cook in fast paced kitchen
• Food safety supervisor or Certificate 4 commercial cookery
• Ability to review report (sales, cost)
• Excellent communicating skill with store staffs
• Right to work in Australia as full-time

Key duties

• Manage and lead kitchen staffs to achieve successful business
• Serve general standard meal to customers
• Working closely with front of house manager
• Take responsibility for stocking, ordering
• Hire and train staffs
• Ensure to keep high standard of food safety
• Solve problems that happen within kitchen
